Mr. Moshe Bar Siman Tov
Moshe Bar Siman Tov has for the past two decades served in a variety of important positions, including as Director General of the Ministry of Health, an economic delegate at the Israeli embassy in Washington, D.C. and Deputy Commissioner of Budgets at the Ministry of Finance.
Bar Siman Tov holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in financing, also from the Hebrew University.

לבר סימן טוב, תואר ראשון בכלכלה ובמנהל עסקים מהאוניברסיטה העברית בירושלים, ותואר שני מוסמך בכלכלה ובמנהל עסקים התמחות במימון, גם כן מהאוניברסיטה העברית.
